Dubai’s Top 50 Homes winners have been announced.

Take a look inside some of Dubai’s most remarkable homes.

The highly anticipated Dubai’s Top 50 Homes Awards 2024, organised by PRIME by Betterhomes, showcased the epitome of luxury properties and honoured the creative minds behind these exceptional homes.

The event featured a curated exhibition of winning designs, live entertainment, and a gourmet dinner served at La Niña. Emceed by Katie Jensen, the celebration was filled with energy and excitement.

Speaking at the event, Richard Waind, CEO of Betterhomes stated:

“Dubai continues to set the benchmark for luxury living and architectural brilliance. The Dubai’s Top 50 Homes Awards is not just a celebration of homes but a testament to the city’s thriving design community.”

And the Winners Are…

Each nomination was evaluated based on innovation, livability, functionality and design.

Taking the Platinum Award is Vinod Ramchandra Jadhav, designed by Studio VDGA. The project lead architect, Deepak Guggari, shared insights on bringing the homeowners’ vision to life.

“I am deeply honoured to receive the Platinum Award. Participating in this extraordinary event has been an inspiring journey, offering a deeper understanding of Dubai’s unique world. In this design, I embraced a simple yet impactful mantra: staying true to the core concept, respecting the local environment and climate, and weaving in the luxurious elements that define a home. Homes, after all, should soothe and inspire, not overwhelm.”

The Gold Award went to Nikita Sahney, designed by Phylosophy Design Studio CO. L.L.C. This villa is a peaceful retreat, where balance and calm are at the heart of its design. The living spaces flow gracefully under three beautiful arches, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Olaroiu Cosmin, designed by DOOI Studio took home the Silver Award. This home is a tribute to Dubai’s cultural richness that harmoniously combines the city’s lively spirit with the peacefulness of the desert.
